The Republic of Astrox formally becomes Socialist, I would grant them a sort of alliance with the Monsian Arduin but the Monsi are suspicious of their motives and have yet to determine if they're being honest about their goals of communism in which case they would help them or if they're using this as a way to exploit their people for personal gain, in which case they would treat them like everyone else: hostile. There is also the chance they're truly happy as socialist in which case the Monsi may be able to negotiate the rest of the Sector through them.

Outlook on professional licenses

"Congratulations, this industry is getting a new required license in order to work in this profession!" With the undertones that the State would offer the classes required (but never meet demand or quality of training the private sector does give, but the state makes these very high price for these companies to offer the training.) The pitch this to the workers as "We're increasing the quality of the profession by requiring this training, also by adding a layer of friction we're increasing the demand (Not true, decreasing supply of workers but "increase" sounds better, just like:) and this means the market will pay you more! Just to be safe, this job now qualifies as a "high education" position, and the minimum wage that comes with that!"
