Arita Confederation

Initially formed during the Imperial March to collectivize the defense of Tutinari nations being invaded by the Republic of Astrox, this confederation has minimal federal government allowing its member states much freedom in day to day operations. Member states pay a flat fee annually to retain membership, this fee goes directly towards building the military infrastructure to work together in the event of a second Imperial March and generally to combat the Republic wherever it can. For many member states the fee is so small that the public image of being in the Confederation is more than enough to keep paying the fee even if they don't receive any benefits.
