Summary: Asida and Rigna-et are free to colonize on any land with no major cities within 100km, may build a Space Station pending purchase of orbital space, free migration, and no taxes or hidden fees on trade exclusively between these two people. The Vullities may establishes churches in any land they purchase in Asida cities, and Asida may purchase land in Vullities cities.

Why: Rigna-et thrive in frigid environments and Asida thrive in cold environments. Each of their home worlds is compatible with each others, as well as two other planets. Asida are also either non-religious or are members of religions with fragile structures and this makes the Asida prime candidates for the spread of Vullities religion and by proxy their power and fulfilling their religious mandate by peaceful means.
