Entity Summary:

Founded to build a united front when the Republic of Astrox announced it's Imperial Era, this is a loose confederation of various types of nation states that all independently would only classify as Minor Entities, but with their combined efforts are able to be classified as a Major Entity. The Arita Confederation [AC] was temporarily disbanded after the Dia Thorn Accords, signaling an end to the Imperial Era. Many members of the Confederation felt that the threat had been defeated and had no interest in working with some of the other members of the AC.

When the Asida arrived it became clear how far behind the Tutinari were as a species and while independent efforts to rapidly modernize could have worked, many pushed to reform the confederation under the threat that failure to do so would see the RoA quickly technically surpass every other Tutinari state and a second Imperial Era would begin. This threat was enough to see the Confederation reborn, while not every member returned.
