Cassius

The home world of the Asida, it is a small planet that is mostly desert with some tropical forest along its oceans. The planet is 15% salt water oceans and 10% fresh water lakes, in recent history this has shrunk to 0% of both as all of the planets water has been collected to continue to Ecumenopolis project for the planet and to ensure the planets most scarce, highest demand, resource is properly circulated.

What was formerly the Island of Cassius is now simply Cassius as the oceans have been plated over and urbanism has encompassed the entire former island and in some parts of the city there are multiple levels to the entire city, with Main Town Cassius now 20 levels high, each level with enough space for a 70 meter building.

While the Royzon Compact issued the ecumenopolis project first stage complete, the entire planet covered in steel in 0 Post Encapsulation this is by a technicality. There are major portions of the steel work that were attached with less than secure mechanism and overtime these would fail and the world would not technically be encapsulated. Many of these regions are in areas of low population density and well outside the city of Cassius.
