Arduin v Royzon

The Monsi have a bad history with capitalist and do not shy away from their desire to genocide capitalist once again. The Monsi have much longer time preferences so they aren't in a rush to solve a problem that doesn't directly affect them. They have more than enough worlds they're developing and another faction they're mentoring. The Royzon acknowledge the threat but are seeking to play some political games with the Arduin to show they aren't the ruthless capitalist of the Monsi's past and that they aren't going to try to take advantage of their ways. This is a promise they of course cannot keep as they cannot speak for everyone but this is understood by both and gives the Arduin even less of a reason to trust them, a political misstep by the fledgling galactic power.
