Vullities v Republic

The Vullities have a religious mandate to colonize worlds "made for them" which are tundra worlds. These worlds were identified by the Vull. The exact list I'll provide later, but its one in each system with a Purple ring around the Sun.

The Republic has colonized two of these worlds and has a law that forbids anyone else from colonizing on it since it's too close to Arita. This law comes after a terror attack that used FTL to crash into a space station, thankfully the attackers aim wasn't true and they instead opened fire with traditional weapons and were killed by security.

There is a legal pathway that's being worked on to allow Rigna-et to colonize on these worlds, but as Republic citizens. If this fails it could open up other actions by the Vullities, and even if it goes through it could have it's own issues.
