Orduzna Station

2720 - Major Trade Hub

Initially built by the Asida to be a trading hub between Cassius and a new colony world, it was quickly used by the Vullities as a trade hub to another shared world with the Asida, and a branching point to further away Vullities colonies made is a phenomenal logistics center and trade hub. As more and more worlds in this region were colonized and the Orduzna Station became a source of cheap high quality goods the demand for even more colonies and species to use the stations services grew exponentially. As demand exploded so did infrastructure and activities to do aboard the station. Before long the station had a permanent population greater than many colonies and significantly more diverse than any colony. The Station grew so much that even the Republic, who had previously never used Asida infrastructure, could no longer ignore the benefits of the station, allowing the fleet they have station in that system to finally dock at the best ship yard in the galaxy for maintenance and shore leave.

The economic power of this system exploded once again at the completion of its Ring pair, connecting it directly to the Gate Transit system and by proxy every major trading center in the galaxy with access to near real time information from all the same systems.

In the 200 years since its founding, the station has grown to over 10 million inhabitants with over 10,000 docking stations for trading ships.
