Data Brain Interface

A really poor name but I needed something that was encompassing.

Inspiration: Cyberpunk 2077 Data Shards, and Skill Plugs from C/SWN.

Technology has progressed in some Factions enough that entire early development can be implanted into a host. In the Arduin children are raised for some time then given their first knowledge sheet. You can make a better name later.

This gives them the governments version of history, creates habits and forms opinions based on the facts that the government provides. This is how the government generates a large amount of unity among their population at such a young age.

As the children grow older they receive their assignments they get their next knowledge sheet which makes them an expert in that field but also renews the biases their government wants them to have.

These sheets update when the Monsian is at home, allowing the government to update whatever training data they have as well as renewing any bias. These have to be subtle.

Thing to sort out:

They either need to be closed source and make reading them taboo/impossible without special equipment and then decide how much people care about this or

This device doesn't outright say "don't trust capitalist" not even a hint of attempting to sway opinion but doing so covertly by making it difficult to think any way other than what the government wants but doing so in vague and indirect ways. i.e. when the US says road lanes should be 12 feet wide they're encouraging both faster driving and larger cars.
