Citizenry

If you were born on one of the Arduin’s planets, you’re already a citizen of the Arduin. All citizens are granted rights and privileges, among which is the right to free housing, the right to work, and the right to sustenance.

So long as you work, you’re cared for.

In the current time, all Monsians are granted citizenship no matter where in the galaxy they are born. Citizenship is open to any person. If they’re able to work it’s a very easy process, if they aren’t then a sponsor is required.

There are three tiers of citizenship; Residence, citizen, and citizen (In their language this changes to something akin to their local station. If you’re this tier in Pensacola your literal title is Pensacola. The generic term of this is something that only makes verbal sense in their language)

New people to the Arduin are Residence until they complete their education and are given a job where they obtain citizen. They will never be able to achieve (other) citizen.
