Religious Duty to colonize

The Rigna-et have been around for a long time. Their earliest history shows that they witnessed the transformation of their star from a G class to a K class billions of years ago when the species was still young. Since then they've adapted to their new colder climate and understand that in the next billions of years their sun will die and they will too if they do not adapt to warmer climates.

Thus the [unnamed] religious duty was born. New Dukes would set claim to warmer worlds, the warmer the better then live on them and go about normal life, trusting that their bodies would adapt over generations to accept warmer climates, and then these new children would move to yet warmer systems. Each generation of Rigna-et buying the species millions of more years of survival.

The largest hurdle to this effort has been diplomatic relationships with other star fairing factions. While the Asida were more than happy to host the Rigna-et, the Monsians and the Tutinari were much less willing. The more important one to win over are the Monsians as they are a good step for the current generation to take, while the Tutinari may defeat themselves by the time the Vullities is ready for the worlds they lay claim to.

Of existing worlds where Duke's have been appointed and ordered to colonize the only ones they diplomatically cannot are the Monsian controlled systems. While the Duke attempt to find a way to make it work, the Vull's patience is getting thin.
