Monsi names are uniquely common and unique. Every Monsi has a common name and a community name. In formal settings people go by their community name, and in official paperwork the community name is listed first. In informal settings Monsi tends to use their common name for simplicity's sake.

A Monsi’s common name is given to them before they’re born. A common name is meant to be a unique identifier of personhood, common names are encouraged to be unique, but cultural use of common names promotes shorter names for common names.

My Common name would be cameron, shortened to cam by some as a nickname.

Community names follow a lot of rules, some cultural and some government enforced. Community names are generally regarded as the more important name as it clearly identifies where you stand within the community. The easiest way to explain Community names is to give you an example, to do so you need to know that Community names have sections. What goes in each section is mandated by the government, but the content of that section is left to cultural decisions. I’ll explain more later.

Using my real life circumstances, my Community name would be;

usflpcola-bellitwot

My full name would be usflpcola-bellitwot cameron.

My Coworkers full name would be usflpcola-warlitga weston

This may seem insanely stupid to you, the human reading this. The only difference in name is he lives in a different part of the city, and is a gamer instead of whatever a wot is.

Some things to consider that allow this to work better for them, most cities are quite small. Their population is also quite small. They also theoretically live forever.

Another major thing for community names, if you take a public position, a position within governance, you start losing portions of your common name. The mayor of Pensacola's community name would be: usflpcola. If you had a job with the mayor, say a security officer, your community name would be usflpcolaso. Because you work for the community, you lose access to having a hobby, you also don’t get your sub-region listed because you belong to the city, not the sub-region of the city.

Yes, your community name is your ownership. You own your job. You own your city-region. You own your hobby, and yes singular hobby.
