Places are named after emotions, feelings, or concepts. Their name generally reflects that places purpose. Examples:

Their home planet is named: Home

Planets are named around concepts of their society;

Freedom, Creativity, Abundance, Strength.

Their deep space stations, which primarily act as logistics hubs, have names like:

Coordination, Strategy, and Organization.

Stations inside a system can have less "logistics" themed names, but may frequently have them.

The "bigger" the place the "bigger" the name, with bigger being simply more important to society as a whole. Q's office is "Authority" the primary data center for AI development is "Society" and there is no higher name than that
