Fatigue Prevention Data Maximizing

This is a galactic scale Doctrine that, while born in the Republic Navy is adapted to much of the Republic official offices.

This doctrine aims to have a 3 part rotation to each permanently assigned station with each Unit being HQ'd on Arita. For an example we'll use 12th Infantry Battalion which is stationed on Biona but it's HQ element is on Arita.

12th would send a company to Biona on "deployment" to it's duty station. Since Biona is (I think) 3 months travel the Deployment would be 9 months long. 3 traveling there, 3 back, and 3 on Biona. A company would be in the "To" while B company would be in the "from" while C company is on station. D company would be on Arita conducting leave and training getting caught up on the latest from the Republic and would be the next unit on the "to" station.

For even more redundancy 12 battalion may get share that base with 13th battalion who is 1.5 months staggered from 12th so that when a new company arrives it isn't a total base change over and new intel can be passed twice as often to Arita.
