Flagship of the Republic

The flagship of the Republic, the Berden class destroyer. The center piece of the ship is a massive rail cannon that goes down the center of the craft, going down nearly the full length of the craft. The rail cannon cannot be aimed, and relies on the orientation of the ship, and it fires a projectile with the same mass as a small corvette. This makes it ideal for long range anti-capital ship, but is vulnerable to quick ships getting in close.

The crew lives in the aft end of the ship, and operates with a crew of 35.
